Econia Business Park
Julius Tallberg Kiinteistöt and Rakennusosakeyhtiö Hartela have developed the eco-efficient Econia Business Park according to the principles of sustainable development. The business park will be Finland´s largest solar house project. Environmentally sound solutions and pleasant working conditions were the main considerations during the project planning stages.
Econia´s key measurements are: 4 buildings containing approximately 22,000 sqm of rentable premises, storey size 500 sqm - 1,050 sqm.

GCT Tahkotie is situated on a prime site at Aviapolis, Vantaa - next to Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport.
GCT Tahkotie is an ideal location for businesses in the wholesale or logistics sector; it gives you a broad range of options for planning the most practical and cost-effective logistics premises for your business.
The surface area of the plot amounts to 4.6 hectares and building rights to about 27,000 m², which is planned to be divided between two logistics buildings. STC (Smart Tech Center) Meiramitie
SRV's business concept named Smart Tech Center has been created to meet the needs of SMEs in particular. The concept offers tailor-made packages that may contain office, warehouse and production premises, depending on your company´s field of business.
One of the cornerstones of the STC concept is good logistics. STCs are located in places that are easy to get to, have sufficient space for parking, and have excellent transport connections.
STC Meiramitie is situated at the heart of Aviapolis, Vantaa. The surface area of the plot amounts to 17,800 m² and building rights to about 11,000 m². STC Meiramitie consists of four logistics properties in total, each having a surface area of about 2,500 m². Operationally the premises are modern logistics premises that can be customized according to your requirements.
STC Meiramitie is an efficient, economical and high-quality solution to meet a broad range of premises requirements.
The tenant negotiations are ongoing and there are still two vacant premises of 500-1,200 m².
The construction work has started at the site and the project will be completed by winter 2009.

WTC Helsinki-Vantaa Airport
The new, office buildings of WTC Helsinki-Vantaa Airport will be located in the immediate vicinity of the airport's passenger terminals, with global connections within walking distance. The new WTC will offer high-class office premises and services in line with the WTC service concept.
The design of the office floors favours adaptation, with the opportunity to convert them into efficient open plan areas of varying sizes, enclosed, separate offices or combinations of the two. The light and spacious office premises give partly onto the runways. The planes' takeoffs and touchdowns add a certain character to the working environment.
