The versatile residential districts of Aviapolis are among the most favoured in the City of Vantaa. They include nature reserves and cultural settings of historical significance.

All needs are catered for when it comes to housing. Should you wish to live in your own house or in an apartment, there are countless possibilities in Aviapolis.

In the near future, housing construction will focus on the districts of Ylästö, Pakkala and Tammisto.

The building of Ylästö with wooden housing has been completed. Construction of the awarded and highly commended Kartanonkoski residential area is also completed.

Detached houses are being built in the southern parts of Ylästö. The Pehtoorintie district, south of the Jumbo shopping centre, has been completed too

Pakkala´s last new area, named "Pakkalanrinne", will contain mostly very dense and low housing.

Building still continues in the northern parts of Tammisto. Construction of the southern parts has been assured by zoning and construction agreements.
